Personal Care Assistant

Okay kiddo, have you ever wished you had a helper to take care of things for you when you need help? Well, a personal care assistant is somebody who is hired by someone who needs help taking care of themselves because they may have a hard time doing certain things on their own. This could be because of a medical condition, age, disability, or injury.

The personal care assistant helps the person with things like bathing, dressing, getting out of bed or a chair, going to the bathroom, taking medications, and preparing meals. They also can do things like cleaning the house and run errands for the person they are helping. They make sure that the person they are assisting feels safe, comfortable, and supported in their daily life.

So basically, a personal care assistant helps someone who can't do everything on their own, and makes sure they are happy, healthy, and taken care of.
