Physiotherapy

Alright kiddo, physiotherapy is a type of healthcare where special people called physiotherapists help people move and feel better.

Sometimes when we get hurt or if we have a certain condition, our muscles, bones, or nerves don't work like they should. This can make it hard to do everyday things like walking, playing, or even just standing up.

That's where physiotherapy comes in! The physiotherapist will help the person figure out what's wrong and come up with a plan to help them get better.

To help people feel better, physiotherapists might use exercises, stretches, or even some types of machines. They might also teach the person ways to move their body that can help them feel less pain or be stronger.

The physiotherapist might also help people figure out how to use things like crutches or wheelchairs if they need them.

Overall, physiotherapy is all about helping people move and feel better so they can live their best lives!
