The pizza effect is when people tend to remember things that happen around the same time as eating pizza. For example, if you and your friends ate pizza and watched a movie, you may remember the movie better because you ate pizza while watching it. Eating pizza creates an enjoyable experience, so things that happen while we eat it can become associated with that positive feeling and become more memorable.
