Plastic igniter cord

Plastic igniter cord is a special kind of cord that is used to light things on fire. It looks like a piece of string, but it's actually made out of plastic.

The way it works is that there are tiny bits of a special chemical called a "combustible material" inside the cord. These bits are so small that you can't see them, but when they get hot, they create a spark which sets things on fire.

To use the plastic igniter cord, you have to first attach it to the thing you want to light on fire. This could be something like a firework or a bomb (which, by the way, you should never touch or play with!). Then you have to light the end of the cord using another flame, like a lighter or a match.

Once the cord is on fire, it will start burning slowly along its length until it reaches the combustible material inside. When that happens, the cord will spark and your firework or whatever you're trying to light will ignite in a big burst of flames and sparks!

But remember, it's very important to always be safe when using plastic igniter cord, and to never play with fireworks or explosives by yourself. Always have a responsible adult around to help keep you safe!
