Plough flag

A plough flag is a special kind of flag that is often used during a special ceremony called a plough Sunday. It is named after the farming tool called a plough which is used to till the soil and prepare it for planting crops.

The plough flag is usually made of cloth or other materials with special symbols and words on it that represent farming and agriculture. It often features an image of a plough or a team of oxen pulling a plough. It may also have images of crops like wheat or barley.

During the plough Sunday ceremony, the plough flag is paraded around the fields while people sing and pray for a good crop yield. The flag is then hung in the church where it can be seen by all.

The plough flag is an important symbol of a community's connection to the land and the hard work that goes into farming. It reminds people to be thankful for the food they have and to appreciate the work of farmers who provide for them.
