ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Political philosophy

Political philosophy is like a set of rules for how our government should work. It is all about figuring out what is fair and what isn't fair for people in a society. For example, some people think that everyone should have the same amount of money and no one should have more than anyone else. Other people think that everyone should be allowed to do whatever they want and no one should tell them what to do. No matter what people think, they all have political philosophies, or ideas about what the best way would be to run the government.
