Portuguese guitar is a type of guitar from Portugal. It has 6 strings and usually has a flat body with a pointed end. It also usually has a longer neck than a normal guitar. It is popular in Portugal for playing traditional music. The strings are plucked or strummed by a player's fingers. The sound is generally more mellow than that of a regular guitar.
