Post void

Post Void is when a person goes to the bathroom and pees all of their pee out. After they've done this, they may feel like their bladder is still full, but no more pee will come out. This can happen because there is still urine left in their bladder, but the muscles that help push the pee out are not strong enough to complete the job. To help with this problem, doctors may recommend pelvic floor exercises or physical therapy to make the muscles stronger.
