Poverty in North Korea is when people do not have enough food and money. It means that they do not have enough resources to do the things they need to do every day like having enough to eat, having a place to live and having clothes to wear. People in North Korea also have no access to basic services like healthcare and education. This means they don't get the same opportunities like people in other countries have. Poverty in North Korea is very serious and it affects the lives of many North Koreans.
