Powder coating on glass
When you want to make something shiny and pretty, you can put paint on it. But sometimes paint isn't strong enough to protect the thing from scratches and other damage. So instead, we use a special kind of paint called powder coating.
Powder coating is like regular paint, but it's powdered instead of liquid. We have a lot of different colors to choose from, like red, blue, yellow, and green.
Now, when we want to put powder coating on glass, it's a special process. First, we make sure the glass is really clean. We use soap and water to get rid of all the dirt and dust. Then, we dry the glass (without making any scratches), and put it into a special machine.
The machine heats up the glass, so that it becomes really hot. Then, we take our special powder paint and sprinkle it all over the glass.
Since the glass is so hot, the paint sticks to it really well and becomes a solid color. It's like when you make a hot chocolate and the cocoa powder sticks to the liquid milk.
