Power of three

The power of three is a special math rule that helps us figure out big numbers. Imagine you have three toys, and you want to know how many different ways you can arrange them. First, you can choose one of the toys to be in the first spot. Then, you have two toys left to choose from for the second spot. Finally, you have only one toy left to choose from for the third spot.

So, the power of three means that you are multiplying three numbers together. For example, if you want to know how many different ways you can arrange ten toys, you would use the power of three rule like this: 10 x 9 x 8 = 720. That's a lot of different ways!

The power of three is also used in scientific equations and computer programming, but the idea is still the same. It helps us figure out how many different combinations there can be of things, whether it's toys or numbers or other objects.
