"praedicate evangelium" is a Latin phrase that means "preach the gospel" in English. It was a phrase that Jesus instructed his disciples to follow after his resurrection, to spread the good news about his teachings, life, and resurrection to the world.

So, pretending you're five, Jesus told his friends to tell everyone about the good things he taught and did, and how he came back to life after he died. That's really good news, and he wanted everyone to know about it!
