Pre-ejaculate is a liquid that sometimes comes out of the tip of a boy or man's penis when they are getting ready to have scary sex or pee. It's kind of like a little bit of sweat that comes out of the penis. This liquid can have some sperm in it, which is what can make a girl or woman get pregnant if they have unprotected scary sex. So it's very important to always use protection like a condom to prevent this from happening.
