Vaginal lubrication

Okay kiddo, let's talk about vaginal lubrication. When a woman's body gets ready for sexual activity, her vagina produces a special kind of liquid to make things easier and more comfortable. This liquid is called vaginal lubrication.

Think of your hands when you're playing with a toy car. Sometimes they might get dry, and you need lotion or oil to help your hands move more smoothly over the toy car. Well, it's kinda like that with the vagina.

Our body is amazing because it knows what we need. In the case of sexual activity, our body will automatically begin producing vaginal lubrication when it senses that we are getting turned on. This makes it easier for the penis or hand to slide in and out without causing any pain or discomfort.

Vaginal lubrication also helps protect your vagina from tearing or getting hurt during sex. So it's really important that your body is making enough of this liquid.

But sometimes, your body may not produce enough lubrication on its own. This can happen for a variety of reasons, like stress, certain medications or just the fact that everyone is different. In those cases, you can use a water-based lubricant that you can buy from a store.

So remember kiddo, vaginal lubrication is a natural liquid that your body makes to help you feel good and protected during sexual activity. But if your body doesn't make enough, it's okay to use a special kind of lotion to help things go smoother.
