Precedence diagram method

Precedence diagram method (sometimes called Activity on Node) is a way to plan and organize activities in a project. It's like making a flow chart that shows how activities are related. To make a precedence diagram, you list each activity for the project and then draw a line between activities that need to happen in a certain order. This helps you see which activities depend on each other, and plan out how the project should be done. It can also help you figure out how long it's going to take to finish the project.
