Professional learning community

A Professional Learning Community (PLC) is a group of people who work together to help each other learn more. This group could be made up of teachers, principals, parents, students, volunteers, and other members of the school community. They all come together to share ideas, discuss how to make the school better, and find ways to help each other become better educators. The PLC helps to create a shared vision, goals, and plans that everyone can work towards to reach those goals. They also help to support each other when challenges arise and work together to solve problems.
