Project workforce management

Project workforce management is a way to keep track of the people (the workforce) who are working on a project. It helps the people in charge of the project to make sure that the right people are doing the right jobs and that everyone is getting their work done on time. Basically, it means managing the people who are doing the work, making sure they have the skills and resources they need to get the job done, and keeping an eye on how everything is progressing.
