Projection screen

Okay kiddo, so you know how sometimes we watch movies or videos on a big screen, right? Well, that big screen is called a projection screen.

Now, how does it work? It's a little bit like a really fancy piece of paper that can show pictures and videos when light shines on it.

First, you need something called a projector. This is a machine that can play a movie or video and shine it onto the projection screen. It does this using very bright lightbulbs called lamps that send light through a lens.

The lens helps to focus the light so that it creates a clear picture on the projection screen. Imagine using a magnifying glass to focus sunlight into one spot!

Now, the projection screen is important because it reflects the light that's shone on it back towards the audience. This makes the picture look bright and clear, like you're watching it on a big TV.

There are different types of projection screens, but some are made out of special materials that reflect the light very well. Others have small beads or dots on the surface that help to scatter the light so that the image looks even brighter.

And that's how a projection screen works! Do you have any questions, kiddo?
