ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Propulsive fluid accumulator

A propulsive fluid accumulator is like a sort of storage tank with special abilities. It stores a fluid, like water or oil, inside it and then, when you need it, it can quickly release the fluid and push it in one direction to make things move. It's like a mini-engine in your tank that you can use when you need some extra power.
