Hello there little one! Have you ever seen a type of writing that looks like Arabic but it's not really Arabic? That's called pseudo-kufic!
So, back in a long time ago, people in the Middle East would write in a very lovely script called Kufic. It was used on important things like religious texts and architecture. But as time passed, people in other places started to admire this fancy writing and thought it looked really cool. So, they started copying it even though they didn't know how to write Arabic.
These people would use Kufic as a decoration on things like pictures, pottery, and buildings. They'd use the lines and shapes of the script to make pretty patterns, but they didn't write anything that actually meant anything in Arabic.
That's what makes it pseudo, which means fake or not real. It's like pretending you know how to write in a language you've never learned! But people liked the look of it so much that it became popular and even influenced the art of some other cultures. So, even though it's not real, it's still an important part of history and design.
