Public diplomacy is when countries use different ways like websites, speeches and cultural activities to improve communication and understanding between countries. This means that countries try to build relationships and learn about each other, instead of just competing or fighting each other. In public diplomacy, countries might share information, give presentations or send cultural gifts to each other. All of this is to show how different countries can get along and work together.
