Rabi resonance method

The Rabi resonance method is a clever tool scientists use to measure how the inside of atoms bounce and wobble around. Imagine you have a toy ball and you want to see how it bounces. You could throw it up into the air and watch how it moves. Scientists do something like this, but instead of using a toy ball, they use an atom.
