Radiographer

A radiographer is a fancy name for someone who takes pictures of the insides of people's bodies. Have you ever seen a picture of your bones or your organs? Well, a radiographer is the one who takes that picture.

They use a special machine called an x-ray machine that sends invisible rays through your body. These rays show up as white on a special film or a computer screen, and that's how we can see what's going on inside.

Sometimes, they might need to take pictures of different parts of your body like your lungs, heart or stomach. They might also use other types of machines like CT scanners or MRI machines that work similarly, but in different ways.

It's the radiographer's job to make sure that you are comfortable during the process and that the picture comes out clear so that the doctor can see what's going on inside your body and help you feel better.
