Raisin bran

So kiddo, do you like raisins? And do you like cereal? Well, raisin bran is a type of cereal that has raisins in it.

It's made of two main parts: bran flakes (which are made from crushed-up bits of a type of wheat called bran) and raisins (which are dried-up grapes).

When you pour milk on it, the cereal gets all soft and chewy, and the raisins get a bit plumper too. Some people even like to add extra raisins or other fruit to their raisin bran.

Eating raisin bran is a good way to start your day because it has lots of fiber from the bran flakes, which helps keep your tummy healthy, and the raisins give you some sweetness and energy to start your day off right!
