So, a long long time ago, there was a place called Maynila which was ruled by a very powerful king called a Rajah. This was an important place where lots of people lived, worked, and traded things with other places around it.
The Rajah of Maynila was in charge of keeping everyone safe and making sure everything ran smoothly in the city. He had helpers called nobles who helped him with his job.
As the Rajah and his people lived near the sea, they dealt with many people from other places who came to trade things. The people of Maynila traded things like gold, pearls or shells, crops, and other goods with the people from China, India, and other nearby places.
Even though the city was ruled by the Rajah, there were also other nearby rulers competing for power. So, the Rajah had to make sure that his city was well-protected from any attacks from other places.
Over time, the Rajahnate of Maynila grew and became even more powerful. But eventually, it was conquered by a new group of people who established their own power in the area. However, the stories and history of the Rajahnate of Maynila still live on today in the Philippines.
