ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Ramification problem

The ramification problem is when someone tries to make a plan or decision, but they don't realize all the different things that could happen as a result. It's like when you're playing with blocks and you stack them up really high and then one falls and knocks over all the other blocks too.

In grown-up words, the ramification problem happens when someone doesn't think about all the possible outcomes of a decision or plan. They might only think about one or two things that could happen, but there could be many more things that could go wrong or change. It's important to try to think about as many possibilities as you can before making a decision so you can be ready for anything that might happen.
