A random regular graph is a type of graph that has a certain number of nodes and a certain number of edges (or lines) coming out of each node. Think of it like a bunch of dots connected together in a random way. All of the dots or nodes will have the same number of lines or edges coming out of them. This means that each node is connected to the same number of other nodes, no matter what.
