Rayleigh distribution

Rayleigh distribution is a type of probability distribution. It helps us figure out how likely something is to happen. For example, if you wanted to know the probability of a certain wind speed, you could figure it out using the Rayleigh distribution. To make it simpler, think of the Rayleigh distribution as a bell-shaped curve; the further away from the center of the curve, the less likely it is for something to happen.
