Re-education through labor

Re-education through labor is a punishment used in some countries where people can be sent to a place to work, usually as punishment for something they have done wrong. This places are called labor camps and people have to do physical labor such as hard work in the fields or building things. People in the labor camp also have to take classes and learn new skills. The aim of these camps is to teach people right from wrong and help them become better citizens.
