Real Time Streaming Protocol

Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) is a way for people to watch online videos as they happen, instead of waiting for them to finish downloading before playing them. It's like watching a movie in a theater, rather than watching it at home. With RTSP, the video is sent in small chunks, like a puzzle, so that it can be "streamed" to the viewer's device in real time. It also allows viewers to pause, rewind, and fast-forward the video, just like a regular movie.
