ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Reference architecture

Reference architecture is like a map that shows how different parts of something, like a building or computer system, fit together. It helps you visualize how different parts of a system fit together from a bird's-eye view. For example, if you wanted to build a house, a reference architecture would show where the walls will go, how big the rooms are, and where the windows go. It makes it easier to plan out what you need to build and helps you to design it correctly.
