Remittance

Remittance is when somebody sends money from one place to another. For example, if someone lives in the United States and wants to send money to their family in another country, they can do it through remittance. The money is sent through an online service, a bank, or even a specialized money-sending business. The money can be used by the family to pay for food, clothes, or anything else they need.
