Remote Patient Monitoring

Remote patient monitoring is when doctors use devices that measure a patient's vital signs (heart rate, breathing rate, diabetes levels, etc.) without the patient having to come into the doctor's office. The device sends the information to the doctor, who can then check on the patient's health and make sure they stay healthy. This can help patients who have long-term health problems, because they don't have to leave their house to get checked up by the doctor.
