Response time compensation

Response time compensation is a way of making sure that everyone gets the same amount of time when doing a task. It works like this: when everyone is about to start doing a task, each person is given the same amount of time to work on it. However, if it takes one person longer to finish the task because they are having trouble with it, they get extra time so they can still put their best effort in. This way, nobody is rushed and nobody is left behind.
