Reward system

A reward system is a way to help people learn how to do the right thing and encourage people to work hard. It works like this: when someone does something good or works really hard, they get a reward. Rewards can be anything from a pat on the back, to a special treat, to a special prize. The idea is, if you do something good, something nice happens to you, so then you're more likely to do that same good thing again.
