Riding instructor

Okay kiddo, so you know how when you ride a bike for the first time, it can be scary and you might not know what to do? Well, riding instructors are like teachers for people who want to learn how to ride horses.

They help beginners learn how to sit properly on a horse, hold the reins, and use their legs to control the horse. They also teach more advanced riders new skills like jumping or dressage.

The riding instructor will start by showing you how to groom and take care of the horse, and then they’ll teach you how to get on the horse and start riding. They’ll also teach you how to communicate with the horse using your body language, your voice, and the reins.

The riding instructor will make sure you stay safe while you’re riding, and they’ll explain things in a way that you can understand. They might also give you exercises to do outside of lessons to help you get better.

By the end of a riding lesson, you’ll be able to ride and control the horse all by yourself, and feel proud of yourself for all you’ve learned!
