Road slipperiness is when it's difficult to drive on the road because your tires don't have a good grip on the surface. When it is slippery, your tires slide instead of having good traction, which makes it hard to turn and can cause you to lose control of your car. To make roads less slippery, dust or small stones are spread on the surface of the road to give the tires something to grip onto, or special coatings or chemicals can be applied to make the surface less slick when it gets wet.
