Robust measures of scale

Robust measures of scale are numbers or measurements that are used to help make sure that important data or measurements about something stay the same. They help to show how different things measure up against each other, so it's easier to tell if one thing is bigger or faster or better than another thing. For example, if you wanted to compare how tall one person was to another, a robust measure of scale would be to compare their height in feet. That way, you can tell if they're the same height or not.
