Roman Urdu

Roman Urdu is a language that uses English letters (like A, B, and C) to write Urdu words. In Urdu, there are different letters than in English, so when people want to write Urdu using a computer, phone, or other digital device, they sometimes use the English letters instead of the Urdu ones. This way they can still communicate in Urdu even though they are using a device that mostly uses English letters. It’s like writing your name in code so that only your friends can understand it!
