Roscosmos Cosmonaut Corps

The Roscosmos Cosmonaut Corps is a group of people that work for a company called Roscosmos. Roscosmos is in charge of sending people into space so they can do cool things like explore or live on a space station. Cosmonauts are people who have trained really hard to go into space and are selected by Roscosmos to become part of the Cosmonaut Corps. They go through many years of intense training to prepare them for being astronauts on a mission to space. They need to learn all sorts of things, like how to survive in space, how to use high-tech equipment and how to rescue themselves and their team if things go wrong. Once they are fully trained, they can go to space and live and work there for months at a time. Being a cosmonaut is a very hard and important job, but it's worth it to help us better understand our world and the universe beyond.
