Rotogravure

Rotogravure is a way of printing images onto a surface, like paper. It involves using a machine called a rotogravure press to press an image onto the paper. The way it works is the machine has a cylinder with tiny engravings of the image on it. Ink is spread onto the cylinder, and when it spins, it transfers the image onto the paper. The printer can also control how dark the image looks by controlling how much ink is used.
