Royal and noble ranks

Royal and noble ranks are special titles given to people to show that they have a higher status, usually given by a King or Queen. Royal titles are usually granted by a King or Queen and often include a territory or country (like King of England or Queen of Spain). Noble titles are granted by a government or King and usually don't include a territory or country, but still show a high status (like Duke or Count). With each title comes a lot of privileges, plus respect from others.
