Rubber and PVC fetishism is when someone gets excited about and likes to touch or wear things made out of rubber or PVC (a type of plastic). Some people like the feeling of these materials, or the way they look, or how they smell. It can also mean someone likes to watch someone else wearing rubber or PVC, or having sex in it.
