Ruins photography

Ruins photography is when you take pictures of old buildings or other things that have been around for a long time and have become partly or completely ruined. For example, an abandoned castle or a temple from long ago. Ruins photographers capture the beauty in these old, crumbling buildings. They try to show their grandeur and majesty, even though they may no longer be in perfect shape. Ruins photography can also be symbolic of past glories and histories, giving us a glimpse into the past. Ruins photographers look for interesting angles, shapes, textures, and light to make these photos come alive. They use the ruins to tell stories and evoke emotion.
