Sabellianism
Okay kiddo! Today we are going to talk about Sabellianism. Sabellianism is a big word that talks about how some people believed in God a long time ago.
So imagine you have three different roles: a son, a father, and a friend. Even though you are all those things, you are still one person, right? That's kind of how some people thought about God. They believed that even though God could be seen in different ways as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, they were all still the same God.
So just like how you can wear different hats and be different things but still be the same person, Sabellians believed that God could be different but still be the same God. However, not everyone believes this, and there are other ways to think about God too.
