Okay kiddo, so monarchianism is a big word that talks about how some people in the past believed in God.
Some people who believed in monarchianism thought that God was only one person, not three like some people believe today. They thought that Jesus was not a separate person from God, but was just a man who had God's power inside him.
So imagine that you have a really cool toy robot that can do amazing things. But instead of being a separate thing, the robot is actually inside you, making you able to do all these things. That's kind of like how they thought God was in Jesus.
Other people in the past didn't believe in monarchianism, though. They believed that God was made up of three persons: the Father, the Son (which is Jesus), and the Holy Spirit.
So it's kind of like how some people might think that cookies are better with just chocolate chips, while others might think that they need two or three kinds of chips to be really good. It's just two different ways of looking at the same thing – God and Jesus.
