Sankranti

Sankranti is a festival celebrated in India. It is the end of one season and the beginning of a new one! Every year it is celebrated on a different day, but it's always between mid-January and mid-February. On Sankranti day, people visit friends and family and exchange gifts and sweets. People also fly kites and celebrate by singing, dancing, and playing games. It's a day filled with joy and happiness!
