The Saqqaq culture was a group of people who lived in Greenland a loooooong time ago. They lived there before anyone else came around. They were really good at making stone tools like knives and arrows. They also liked to fish and hunt animals like seals and walruses.
The Saqqaq people lived in pretty cold weather, so they made clothes out of fur to keep themselves warm. They also lived in tents made out of animal skins. They were nomads, which means they didn't stay in one place for too long. They moved around to follow the animals they hunted and to find new places to get food.
Even though we don't have any stories about the Saqqaq people, we can still learn a lot about them from the things they left behind. Archaeologists have found many of their tools and other things they used, like needles and pots. These things help us understand how they lived their lives a long time ago.
