Okay kiddo, imagine you have a bag of candies that you really like. But some other kids also like those candies and might try to take them away from you. That's kind of what happens in areas where there is conflict or war.
Now, imagine a group of grown-ups who want to make sure that everyone in that area gets their share of the candies and that no one takes them away from anyone else. These grown-ups are called sarbadars.
The word "sarbadar" comes from two Persian words - "sar" which means "head" and "badar" which means "keeper". So a sarbadar is someone who keeps watch over everyone's share of the candies, or in reality, someone who makes sure that everyone in the area is safe and gets what they need to survive, like food, water, and medical help.
Sarbadars work together with other grown-ups to make sure that the kids who live in that area can play safely, go to school, and have a chance at a better future. Sarbadars are like superheroes in a way, because they help keep people safe and make the world a better place.
