Scholarship

A scholarship is a type of award that someone gets that gives them money to help them with their studies. It's usually awarded to someone who has worked hard or achieved something special. For example, a scholarship might be given to a student who has achieved top marks in their exams or to someone who has shown leadership skills or come from a disadvantaged background. The money from the scholarship can be used for things like books, travel costs to attend classes, or tuition fees.
